AF and bleeding. sorry if it's TMI
I got AF on friday very light, started heavy on sunday with some cramps and today (tuesday) I bled through a tampon in 2 hours and I still have light cramps. Should I be worried? Usually AF is only heavy 1 day.

Are on you BC? When I went off of it my period was A LOT heavier the first two or three times - pretty much the way you're describing it but for four or five days. It was awful and so uncomfortable. I would call your gyno just to make sure, but I think you are probably fine.

No, I don't take birth control. A couple months ago I took provera and I've only had 2 periods since but this is so out of the ordinary it was making me nervous.

This was happening to me every month recently. I started taking Vitamin B-6 and it seems to be back to normal (one day of heavy flow)

Honestly, some months my period is just wonky.
I think it's probably just an off month for you.
