Potty Training Twin Boys

My boys recently turned 3. We've got the peeing down on the potty, we're now working on the poop! Any success stories with potty training twin boys? They both hate the feel of pull ups and they want to use the bathroom practically all day! My husband and I are ready to pull our hair out. TIA!

Have you bought them underwear yet? That helped us. We took them to the store and let them pick out big boy underwear.

Also, what kind of potty are you using? We had a little potty that sat on the bathroom floor. They wouldn't poop in it. We finally bought a potty ring to sit on top of our toilet seat and that worked much better.

We never used an actual potty - he didn't like sitting on it. We bought the ring as well and after 5 months he started to finally poop on the toilet. We did have to tell him "No ice cream from the Ice Cream Man until you go poopies on the potty" and that is what did the trick to finally have him go poop on the toilet.

Thank you both! I think I will be purchasing Lightning McQueen underwear tomorrow as per their request! They were actually very excited about it.

We are using our toilet and they have the Cars ring along with a step stool.
