Can you sue a company for not completing a job?

Sue them for whatever you paid them already.

Wow. How many times did you call? I wonder what their rights are, like did you call 1000 times , how can they prove harassment....

Lol. We called on June 30th, they said it would be two weeks. We called this week to see if we could find out if they could come early next week, were told they were vey busy, girl hung up on us. Emailed looking for answers.... Called again today. Do you think that's harassing? Honestly?

Not at all!!! Do you have an attorneys in your family? have them send a letter requesting full refund, if that doesnt work, sue!

If they started a job then you owe them for the work they did already. I saw in your other post that they will not finish the job now. If they aren't looking for anything else just call it even on what they did and move on. But I don't like conflict and avoid it at all costs. That is what I would do.

I hate conflict too. They agreed to finish it now so hopefully all will be ok. :)
