Rehoboth Beach Hotels
Was thinking of going to Ocean City, MD but now leaning towards Rehoboth Beach, De. I hear a lot of great reviews but no one seems to have stayed in a hotel. I am going with DS who is 3 and a friend. I would like to stay some place where I can basically park my car and not have to drive until I come home. Somewhere that has a nice pool but on the beach. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Re: Rehoboth Beach Hotels
I've stayed at Avenue Inn and Spa and it was very nice. It's a block away from the boardwalk and the main drag which I liked because it was a little quiter. The pool is indoors.
Right on the boardwalk, I think Boardwalk Plaza is supposed to be good and I believe that door is outdoors.

The Henlopen Hotel is very nice or the Atlantis Inn. We have a family beach house down here. LOVE it. Great place to walk around, shop, ocean, rides for kids.

Re: Rehoboth Beach Hotels
According to what you want, I did a search on TripAdvisor and it appears that Avenue Inn and Spa would be ideal. It rates number one, has received several awards, is right on the beach and has an awesome pool. There's an indoor pool for the dreaded rainy day too.
The other ones that rate high are:
Bellmoor Inn and Spa Hotel Rohoboth Boardwalk Plaza Hotel
I've never gone wrong with TripAdvisor!
I have friends who have stayed in Rohoboth and loved it. HTH!

Re: Rehoboth Beach Hotels
We went to Betheny beach last month and rented a house, seems like this is what a lot of people do, you can go on homeaway.com or VRBO.com and look for house rentals It was really convenient to have a full kitchen as well. We were a short drive to rehoboth and ocean city

I know you said hotels but I recommend the Royal Rose Inn (B&B). We go there at least 3x a year. The host is wonderful, private bathroom and bkfast is included! A block away from the beach and in the heart of all the shops and restaurants. Any questions, ask away!
