Has anyone ever used them for a kitchen remodel? Any recommendations for whom to request?

Consumers Kitchens and Baths - Commack
Didn't use command but did use copaigue location. We just used whoever was next in line but I knew the layout and cabinets I wanted.

Used them twice. Great first experience (@ 2004), crappy second experience (2014 - ongoing).
Of particular frustration is their lack of customer service.

Is there someone I should stay away from? We just need design and cabinets, no installation.
