We are new homeowners!!!
We closed on our 2nd house this morning. Everything went smoothly and 1 hour late we have 2 mortages and 2 residences EEEK! 
Now that we can start working on painting, carpeting etc, What would you tackle first?
Cleaning cabinets etc?
Painting?
Replacing/cleaning carpeting?
I feel clueless as our first home was basically move in ready.
Thanks for any tips you can share!

Paint first
Carpet second (so you don't get paint on new carpet)
Clean last right before you move in
