We're Homeowners....because Beth Lowe is awesome!
DH and I just closed on our house on Friday and we are super excited! We were first time homebuyers so we had a million questions. From offer to close was only about 7 weeks, which was amazing and we completely owe it all to Beth and the fabulous people she recommended.
We only had to go out looking with Beth twice, but her communication before we met and during the process was great. She literally texts/emails back within seconds and she GETS it. She's just an honest, down to earth person and every time I was on the verge of panic (which wan't often) I just remembered that Beth was in our corner.
Beth recommended our loan officer, Rob Morandi at Continental Home Loans. Rob is literally my favorite person on earth. We had a couple things I wanted to work out before we found a house and he was so patient. I was terrified of getting a mortgage but he took even ounce of stress out of the process. If you're looking for a mortgage, you must speak with him. He is the BEST.
Beth also recommended our lawyer (Asaf German), who was also awesome- he met with us at 7:30am to sign contracts!
I'm so glad we had such a great experience and I know things wouldn't have gone as smoothly without Beth!
