Staples Teacher Appreciation?
Is Staples still holding there usual back to school teacher appreciation day? I can't find any info about it online.

Staples Teacher Appreciation?
I don't know but NYC teachers were told to boycott and we can't use staples receipts for teachers choice money.

Um something about unions and we got an email that basically stated this is your teachers choice amount for the year and please don't forget we are not supporting staples.

Interesting. I mean it's almost unavoidable to not shop at staples for stuff. But I can very well spend my teachers choice at lakeshore or something I'm sure.
Do any teachers feel the need to boycott staples?

Staples Teacher Appreciation?
I looked online just now. Staples already had their teacher appreciation days on August 1-3. They were giving 25 percent off on some items if you spent over ten dollars as well as a savings calendar. Also, people wrote that nothing else was given out. Usually they advertise it a lot as well as send an email. I did not receive an email about it. I also could not find anything on their actual site about it. They used to have it mid to end of August. Each year they were giving less and less things. I would be grateful for what they give out, but this did not seem to even be advertised. So much for customer loyalty. I guess Staples does not need the business much.

That's sad. I mean it's a business and they don't have to, but I always looked forward to the freebies they give out. They pretty much did away with their penny sales too I noticed. There pricing for teachers is not as good as it used to be.

That's all?  I am no longer a teacher but I remember getting over $200 in the "good" years.
FYI I always found Target had deals that were comparable to Staples. I also wish I had discovered Dollar Tree back then but I don't know if you can use those receipts.
