Traveling tmrw, help please!
Traveling with my 5 month old tnrw, what should I do in the airport? Wear baby, or get an umbrella stroller? Is he big enough for umbrella stroller?

I don't have experience flying with a baby, but I'd wear the baby that way you'll be hands free to do everything else you need to. And it's easier to pack away the carrier than an umbrella stroller.

Traveling tmrw, help please!
it's been a long time since i've traveled with a baby. are you traveling alone with the baby or with another adult?
* if alone: wear the baby * if with someone else: use the stroller, if you're comfortable with him in it at that age.
i don't think i had DS in an umbrella stroller until he was a little older.
best of luck and safe travels!

When I traveled alone with my DD around that age I wore her and brought an umbrella stroller. I found it easier to push our carry on bags in the stroller. I just gate checked it. Good luck!!

At that age I wore DS and we were visiting my parents and they had a stroller for us.

Re: Traveling tmrw, help please!
I'm traveling with a 5mo as well and am not wearing him. It's too hot and he's quite heavy now. After 15-20 minutes of wearing him, it wears you down. But if you have a comfortable carrier and can manage it, it's not a bad idea.
I'm using the Uppababy G-luxe stroller which is relatively light, very portable and does recline so the baby can sleep in it.

At that age i always found wearing the baby to be easier. If you are alone you still need to put stroller thru scanner at security. If you do use stroller i would keep carrier handy and stick baby in there so you have your hands free. Gl!!

I don't have a child, but do travel a lot. I see a lot of people wear their baby and then use the stroller to push/hold any bags. Or if the baby is in the stroller they wear them when it is time to board so they can gate check their stroller and be hands free.
