Motorola video moniter
I have the dual camera one and it has crapped out 2 times. I've only been using it for 1 year. After a month the audio stopped working, returned it to BBB, got a new one, and now the audio just stopped working again. I'm hoping BBB won't give me a problem returning it. Do you think they'll tell me I have to go through the manufacturer? I have the box still. Anyone have an issue with there Motorola?

I have this monitor too and so far it's been good knock on wood, but I have read on here people having problems. I would probably just call Motorola directly.

Re: Motorola video moniter
Thanks, ladies! I will give Motorola a call. Did you have to send back the old one? How long did it take to get the new one?

I just called and it seems too easy! lol. They need me to send a copy of the receipt and they will send me a new one.

I've gone through 2 of these monitors in less that 2 years. First one the sound went, second the charge went...
Motorola replaced them and now we are on our third. They flat out told us that they will not replace this one if something happens to it, which I find BS since the other two problems weren't caused by me.

Re: Motorola video moniter
That does seem strange. I'm a little disappointed with this monitor. I find that I can't go too far from my daughter's room or I lose the signal which is ridiculous. I don't have a very big house/property. I've lost a signal going into my dining room! I'd love to just return it to BBB and get a plain audio one. I don't really need the video aspect.

Re: Motorola video moniter
Our audio stops working a few times a week. We have to unplug and reinsert (which is a pain, as both monitors are wall mounted).
We received ours as a gift and do not have a receipt. Will Motorola still replace it?

Re: Motorola video moniter
Been through 2 myself. 1st time I just bought a new one bc I needed a 2nd camera for baby #2, but this recent time I called Motorola. They were very helpful & I received a new one quickly.
