Trip through Groupon or Living Social
Anyone ever used the 2 above to book a trip. Near or far. Any input is great.

Not a trip, but I did buy a groupon for a hotel stay in Canada. We had no issues. We just had to pay the hotel tax at the hotel.

I've booked a trip through groupon. Got direct flights to our destination and back. No issues with our reservations or transfers. I was skeptical in the beginning when we booked, but it turned out really well

Not a trip. But I've looked. The only thing I noticed is that groupon posts the questions people ask about a specific groupon which I appreciate.

My mother in law friend uses groupons for trips all the time with no problems. And she is very picky so it must be good!

I always wondered this about the trips where flying is involved. I did book a cool hotel through living social and no issues at all.

I've only booked a hotel through Living Social. We had no issues.
It was also a cool hotel in Canada. The Soho Metropolitan in Toronto.
I needed 5 rooms so I called the hotel before buying. I wanted to make sure they had enough rooms available for the dates I wanted.
When I got the vouchers I just called the hotel back with all the info.
I'd do it again if I found something I wanted.
