Those who did gas conversions...
I'm getting my estimates now. Did anyone get the Navien? i'm between the Navien and the Alpine. If i do the alpine i can keep my hot water heater, but I'll have to reline the chimney. the navien replaces the boiler and heater and goes on the wall. any feedback?

We relined chimney which cost 1500 and kept out hot water heater, lining chimney was cheaper than new hot water heater and I figured it was good to line the chimney anyway
