Bought a pool, when should we have it installed?

So we bought an above ground pool that's we are going to have installed semi-inground. We have the option of having installed now and waiting until spring. Anyone have any advice on if there is a better time to install? I'm wondering if it might make sense to do now as we want to have pavers put around it, and maybe we should let the ground settle after installing the pool for a few months.

Thx for any advice!

I would wait til spring.

Why do it now when you are just going close it up.

Did you already pay them or give a deposit? If so why wouldn't you install now? I would never give a pool company money and not have them install in the near future. What if they go out of business over the winter?

it's probably cheaper to do it now

I put mine in 6/23 and it took almost a month to have everything done with the pavers

it's probably cheaper to get the pavers done now too-

in the spring the companies will get busier and the prices and time lines go up

I agree with this. I would do it now since the prices may be better in the Fall. I had my front steps done in May and have been putting off getting a railing due to cost, after getting a few quotes. Well I actually just priced a company out who gave me a rate that was a lot cheaper than the quotes I got in May/June! Go figure.

Thx ladies. We are doing just that. We decided to go ahead with it now, they are comingn next week to install. Then we will have plenty of time to decide what type of pavers we want around the pool and get it done by spring. Thx for yor advice!

I would do it now, you want it to settle before you put pavers down.
