What do you give for constipation?
My son was constipated all the time so I switched him to Almond Milk. Prune Juice and a little bit of Miralax also helps.

My almost 4 year old daughter likes dried prunes. She also likes pureed prunes. I gave her a taste of the baby's and she really liked it so I started putting some in her oatmeal. I try pear juice too but she isn't crazy about it. She will eat a fresh pear or the dole diced pears. Sweet potatoes also really help.
I think DD's biggest issue is not drinking enough water. I offer it all day long but she only sips it. She definitely gets a lot of fiber. She goes every day, but some days it's like rocks!

Miralax is a miracle worker for us!!!
I tried fruit, prunes, prune juice, pear juice, pureed fruit, fiber gummies, nothing worked.
She was so backed up she would scream bloody murder trying to go. It was awful.
Within a day or so of the miralax she was going soft and regularly.

I'm a big fan of altering intake.
DD gets VERY constipated on the same diet that is no problem with DS. I'd be using Mirilax around the clock.
We do:
Dried prunes (she loves these: they taste like raisins)
Raisins
Figs
Water down milk (1/2 milk, 1/2 water)
Soup with chicken fat
Spinach (this is her favorite & it really gets her going)
Green beans

Half a capful mixed in water or juice. I was doing it every day and it made her go WAY too much. So we cut to every other day and it did the trick!

I just came on here to post about the very same thing. I've tried everything - water, juice, fruits, fiber rich foods....and nothing. Miralax usually does the trick but I don't want to use it so often.

My DD is almost 13 months and since switching to whole milk constipation has been an issue but I give her prune juice for relief.
