OMG what can I go buy that will give me relief? Saltines and ginger-ale are not cutting it.

Morning/afternoon/night sickness
bleh, morning sickness sucks ...
Eat carbs, small meals throughout the day (don't ever let your belly be empty), and ginger.
They have these lolipos called preggo pops - i've never tried them but head good things.
Good luck.

Re: Morning/afternoon/night sickness
You have to see what your body tolerates and with twins, your symptoms may be a bit more hardcore lol I always had toast with cream cheese, applesauce, cheese and hummas on almond crackers, bananas. I couldn't tolerate much else. Have lemonade too. Eventually it will stop so hang in there. I used sea bands and ginger tea at work to get through patients. Mine lasted from 6-8 weeks so hopefully it will be short and sweet!!

I went to Buy Buy Baby during lunch and bought them out of every "morning sickness" thing they had. Praying that something works. This hit me out of no where this morning at 4:00 am. I never had this with DS. Ugggghhhhhhh.

Don't be afraid to ask your Dr for Zofran or something like it. I;m not big on taking things but I needed to be able to function and get in and out of the city without throwing up on everyone. For me it was such a help.

Morning/afternoon/night sickness
I feel you. I've had all day sickness a lot. I have equilibrium issues from an ear issue, so I am worse on rainy days, which is also when I can't hear. Thursday when it poured I threw up from breakfast - 4am. I honestly can't find much that helps. I realize that the more hydrated I stay, the better, but its tough because when I am at my worst water and most liquids make me more apt to puke. Lemonade seems to be the easiest liquid to hold down. Apples have been my best friend. I can always get them down and they tend to stay down. Bagels or toast has been my go-to lunch on my very worst days.

Morning/afternoon/night sickness
I had all day sickness from weeks 5 - 19 and still get sick occasionally. The only things that helped me were lots of carbs. And making sure I was eating every hour and a half or so. If you let yourself get hungry, it will be worse.

pretzels, banana, yogurt, other carbs, Tums. I can't take my vitamin, I always throw up if I do, also water makes my nausea worse so I don't know what to drink.

I agree. I was on Zofran my entire pregnancy. I would try and do without it at times and still get sick. I really could not function without it.

Re: Morning/afternoon/night sickness
Along with the ginger ale and saltines, I chewed Juicy Fruit gum every day, it was the only thing that made me feel better. To this day, my DD hates juicy fruit gum !!!
