Are you planning to go on a babymoon or have you?
If so, where? How long? How far along will you be or were you?

I'm going to Florida for Thanksgiving with my husband and parents. Thats about it though. Don't want to spend the money on another vacation.

Re: Babymoon
I want to go on one, I was thinking about Florida in December, I'll still be second trimester, but I don't want to use my PTO before the baby comes.
Last year we went out to Montauk in February for a long weekend and had a great time. It was quiet and very romantic. We stayed at the Yacht club, went out to nice dinners, did a lot of relaxing. We may just end up doing that. I'll be third trimester if we do, but I"m not worried since it's close by.

Just be careful with a cruise. They cut you off earlier then your third trimester. I had a friend who was still in her second and was supposed to go on a family cruise, but they wouldn't let her on the boat.
She was actually in Miami, waiting to get on with her DH, BIL, SIL, MIL and MIL's BF. They turned her away.

Yeah there's definitely a cutoff, I would go to the cruise website to check, I think its something like, 26 weeks?

The cruise is 24 weeks. I wanted to go and was going to book but called ahead of time and said would be turned away if more than the first day of the 24th week.
I was already going to florida to visit grandparents so I booked the bahamas instead which was a 20 minute flight from my grandparents ( ft. lauderdale)

I wish I did the first time around and never did. I kind of regretted it. This time around we did one to make up for it (well sort of I guess; it doesn't really count since I have my dd). But we went to Jamaica all inclusive! I was 18 weeks along!
