activites for kids
I've lived in NY my whole life, but moved away a few years ago before having my daughter. I'm rusty on places to go (especially for children). If anyone could help...
It's going to be winter, so preferably something indoors. Is there anywhere that I and a few friends with kids could go to hang out when I'm visiting? (kids ranging from 1-3) We're all on Long Island (close to middle island). Nothing expensive like aquarium). Out here we have a Cool Beans (fun indoor play area for kids while parents sip fruity drinks and chat. lol), something close to that maybe? Figured you mommas would know.

activites for kids
There's Imaginations at play in Ronkonkoma which is a lot of fun for that age although it's big so it can be hard to just sit back and relax in one spot together.
I've also heard the middle country library has a great play area for young kids.
