RSONY - Finance dept doesn't return calls?

So we are looking to do a fresh cycle for baby #2 sooner than later. We are paying OOP again. The Dr. I am working with mentioned that he will try and put aside meds for me but I don't know how much and what would be left to buy. I've called Cheryl in the finance department like 6 times with no call back. My next cycle is as early as Tuesday! I need to plan financially and I have no idea how much this could run us. I don't want this to be a last min decision! Why is it so hard for that office to return a phone call!?
Sorry, I'm really just venting. They are great with other stuff but this just kills the "great" experience.
Maybe I'll call them back now lol

When you call press 0 and I think the people at the front desk answers tell them you need to speak to Cheryl ASAP. Explain you have left numerous messages without call backs and you are starting your cycle and need to speak to her like yesterday.

She never called me back i had to stalk her and go there personally......also once my meds weren't ordered the nurses were on her. Your best bet is going in person.

sorry but this does not always work, they say she is busy, she will call you in an hour, or you call back if she doesn't. YES I have become that stalker, mentioned by the poster below yours. but in that office they don't care. The Dr's and the RN's know calls are not returned. I have told my Dr many times and a change is never made. I LM for her 2 weeks ago after a failed ER, nothing...

pts should not have to waste time driving to the office to speak to someone. After awhile you become that "annoying" pt they hate.

FYI, the Dr's don't put the meds aside, that is strictly Cheryl

Super aggrevated. She's not in until Monday. SO I left ANOTHER message I'm sure with 100 other ladies. I will be there at 9am on Monday lol.

I can totally relate! I'm paying oop for ivf and meds. have missed 3 cycles so far for exactly this reason. I also leave messages all the time. Unfortunately with my job I can't always answer my phone. if they weren't so convenient for me for monitoring I would've already left!

Thanks everyone. I can't leave there for multiple reasons so I'm just going to need to get in touch with her one way or another and figure it out unfortunately.
