Any local farms by you? They might sell fresh organic turkeys and I'm sure Trade Joes sells them.

Uncle Giuseppe's has bell and evans turkey on the thanksgiving catering menu. Not sure if it's organic but you could check that out.

Organic Turkeys for Thanksgiving
We get a fresh, all natural turkey from Milowskis in calverton every year. The turkeys are raised right there, I drive past them almost everyday.
A 20lb is about $120
