Accepting offer via online
The place I interviewed at offered me employment and advised the offer would be done online only. I noticed however the online form only gives the option of accept and not accept. Should I assume there is no room for negotiation at all then? I've been out of work less than 4 years and I can't believe how some companies hire these days like in a non personal kind of way.So for anyone familiar with this hiring managers etc..if a candidate declined an offer do you resubmit a new one or that's it?

Re: Accepting offer via online
Honestly, I think this should've been addressed with the hiring manager and/or HR during the interview process.
A lot of companies are really big so a lot of the process is done online to make things easier on everyone, including the employee.
My only other thought is if you call and ask if there's room for salary negotiation.
Where I work, there generally is not, but everyone is made aware of the amazing benefits and COL and merit raises each year.
You can also see if you can connect with someone who works for the company who could give you insight as well.
I actually did that on here and got amazing feedback from a variety of people and it was all pretty much right on.

Re: Accepting offer via online
This online offer is just replacing the written offer letter. Any negotiation should be done via phone with HR or the hiring manager.
If you decline the offer, they will not come back to you.
