So out of breath :(
What's causing this? I was told hormones but any other causes? Could it be DD in my rib area? I am just so out of breath right now (comes and goes) and I get so worried that something's wrong. I forgot to ask Wendy about it today and my BP was normal with no proteins.

So out of breath :(
I think the baby causes everything to be pushed up higher, causing shortness of breath for mama. Later in my pregnancy when baby dropped it got slightly better. Otherwise I was out of breath for pretty much every convo I had

So out of breath :(
I just read last night that baby is constricting the movement of the diaphragm, making it hard to breathe. I can't even finish a sentence without getting winded lately!

So out of breath :(
I had that really bad when I was pregnant. By the end I was wheezing and snoring and I couldnt finish sentences. Its all from baby taking up room and pushing everything up! When I gave birth I was like whoa I can breathe again!

Re: So out of breath :(
It's horrible :( luckily it comes and goes but it's scary when it starts up!! I'm wondering if this will settle once baby girl gets into the correct position. Right now her head is right under my right rib lol

Re: So out of breath :(
I have been having this and I have called my OB twice in two weeks - finally yesterday went to see my regular DR who is also a pulmonologist and he told me everything is fine and when we breathe, our diaphragm goes downwards and when your uterus has expanded there is no room for it go to, and it gives you this horrible sensation of not being able to breathe. He also told me that later in pregnancy (I am 27 weeks) your plasma in your blood increases and everything gets very thick and can also cause this problem. It's most likely totally normal, and I feel your pain!!!!
