spin classes
Any recommend a gym with really good spin classes near franklin square? I currently belong to a synergy gym nearby, but all of the good spin instructors have left, and the classes there are pretty awful now. I do soul cycle a couple of times a month, but can't afford to do that 3x a week!

Haven't done spin in forever, but I've taken Lilqtny class before and I think she taught/teaches at various places. Maybe FM her or post on the fitness board?

Revolution Fitness in Mineola on Jericho Turnpike. Their TRX and Spin classes are intense! They have an excellent staff who really pushes you to the next level. Priced well too...

my friends say good things about some of the instructors at LA Fitness (lake success) but dont quote me bc ive never been!

its not close to you but Eisenhower park offers classes and not too $$, but you must have a county pass to join.

My first spin class started here! Love it! Great instructors and music. They have a special groupon now for $49 for 10 classes. Regular price is $180/10 class.
There is also a place call Core Ryder in Malverne. They used to have a groupon too but cant seem to find it again. They are not bad too.
I did not like LA fitness. The instructor I had was boring, music wasnt fun. Also the bikes were stationary while the 2 above places were real ryder bikes (the bikes tilts and leans), which i prefer.

I did core Ryder in malverne a few times but it was a little pricey- will def try revolution fitness thanks everyone
