I got mine in mid November.
My friend, who lives in my district, hasn't gotten anything. I was thinking it was since I don't escrow taxes and she does?

just called they said they are still going out and if you don't get one by 12/31/14 you should call then and see when it was issued to you

Ok, thanks. I don't escrow either and just got my new tax bill yesterday. It is going up $100 so I guess I will get that back or a little less.
