When I went for my first Sono on Monday they took blood to check my thyroid since I have issues and take meds everyday.
My RE called me yesterday and said my TSH should be 2.5 and under and mine was 14.2 on Monday. He told me to follow up asap with my Endo to get an increase in my meds. I saw my endo today and he said there is a chance I can have a miscarriage with my levels that high. He took more blood to make sure that was accurate # on Monday and wasn't a lab error. Once he gets the results tomorrow he will increase my meds. I am so nervous now. I am trying to stay positive but it's so hard 
Has this happened to anymore?

I'm keeping you in my prayers. I know its hard but TRY not to think about the negative and concentrate on the positive. Believe me, I know its hard.

Unfortunately, I do have experience with this. Insist that the endo be aggressive in his treatment so that it gets under control quickly. You don't want him to be messing about with low dosages while time is so important. I'm crossing my fingers for you and LO.
I'm aggravated that neither doc picked up on this sooner for you!

He called me today and said my level is now 10.2 ..when my RE took it on Monday was 14.2. My Endo increased my meds. I actually don't really care of my Endo seeing a new one on Monday.

I found that my RE was way more attentive to my thyroid than my regular endo. In hindsight, I had so many symptoms of hypothyroid that I was attributing to stress and other things. My OB didn't even bother to test my thyroid, which makes me a little bitter, even to this day.
I'm glad your bloods seem to be moving in the right direction, and he is taking it seriously. Sticky baby dust to you. :)
