This happened to a girl I am friends with. Turns out she was having twins! That would explain the higher beta and not seeing anything on the screen.

As I said earlier it could just be early if you're not 5 weeks a sac will not show on sonogram.

Thanks everyone! It's been a bit rocky, sometimes we see the sac and even the yolk sac and sometimes the yolk sac is barely visible on the sono. I'm hoping it has to do with me having a retroverted uterus. I go back tomorrow and am praying for a clear picture and hopefully a heartbeat!!
