basement tile?
So i am looking around online at different tile companies that have tiles for like $1/sqft. We definitely want real ceramic or porcelain tile, not laminate or anything like that. If we buy our own tile, does anyone know what the average cost to have someone install it for us would be?

Most contracts actually get discounts when buying materials, so you probably aren't saving yourselves anything by buying the tile yourself. In fact, you may even be paying more.
