Inexpensive but good quality drugstore make up brand?
Hi!
I want to get some inexpensive make up for a costume, but I don't want something that is cr@p.
What brands are good quality but inexpensive?
TIA
ETA: I'm going to be dressed up as Elsa, so I need glittery, shiny and shimmery make up. And maybe some blue eyeshadow. (I wear bare minerals for my regular make up.)
I don't want something that will irritate my skin.

What specifically are you looking for?
I don't find any one brand to usually be great in all areas.
I do find the smaller brands to be decent-Wet N Wild, Milani, NYX, even Elf for some products.
The bigger name brands (Maybelline, Revlon, L'Oreal) are probably better for liquid foundation if that's what you need.
Physican's formaula makes good powder foundation & pressed powder, but I am not a fan of their blush/eyeshadow/bronzer.

I LOVE NYX stuff, so cheap but great pigmentation.

In that case, I would go for NYX, love their stuff, or Wet & Wild. Wet & Wild actually has some decent product & if you are getting glittery stuff like that you aren't going to use a lot, you can't beat the price!
ETA :NYC brand, not to be confused with NYX! CVS & Right Aid usually have it. The make the BEST lipglosses, for about $2.99.
