what should someone expect during a consult at SIRM
with Dr. T, does he perform a physical, sono, blood or just a history and conversation

I had two consults with Dr.T each a year apart.
At my first consult, we just talked.
After my consult a year later, I told him at the consult (when we were done chatting) that we were definitely going to cycle with him and I was ready to get started ASAP. He did a sono and bloodwork.

I met with him in his office and we talked about my history and options going forward. It was overwhelming for me. Make sure you have your questions written down. GL

My consult was just a conversation in his office. After that was the immune testing and phone consult about insurance coverage / fees. Then I was able to get started cycling.

what should someone expect during a consult at SIRM
My consult was a conversation in his office going over my history etc. He knew a lot about me before hand, since he read my paperwork before I arrived- I was impressed. Right away he gave me a script for Folgard after reading my bloodwork from prev. RE.
He did recommended two immune blood tests for me and one for my SO. He also mentioned a hysteroscopy and possible EFTest but after my hysteroscopy, he feels I don't need the biopsy.
He is blunt, honest but so smart and methodical, yet caring. He has answered every e-mail I have sent, even on weekends. I had a load of questions for my consultation but of course I forgot some and e-mailed him. he got back to me pretty quickly. As of now, I really like him.
