Basement/ water issues
We had a little water get in from the snow or snow melting last week.
Had ServPro come to check it out- seems that we have to do a little clean up and figure out where the water is getting in.
It could be gutter issues and/or a foundation leak. it's not severe, but better to fix it now than later!
Any suggestions on companies to come assess the source of the issue?

Basement/ water issues
This happened to us a few yrs ago. Winds up we didnt realize the gutters were clogged with all kinds of debris when we had our roof done (I was pulling out pieces of roof shingles) we never had an issue since

I thought that was what it was the first time but I had them cleaned and tightened in the fall
Maybe it has to do with the ice and snow in the gutters but I can't go check yet :(
Hopefully that's it bc it will be cheaper!
