Approximate cost to change backsplash

We are doing a little updating on our kitchen as we can't afford to do over comepletely for several years.

I am restaining our cabinets

We have a simple white tile backsplash
Looking to do small subway tiles
The areas is approximately 13 feet long

I'm clueless on even a ballpark

tile can be cheap or expensive.... home depot should have some decently priced subway style. they probably have pricing online.

i dont think the labor should be more than 500-600

my backsplash install was 500. About $10 a square foot. but It didn't need demo, and that was with me providing the tiles.
yours with demo might be around that. Howeever, you need to pick (and buy) the tiles. My tiles were probably about 800-$1K
