Dormer
Hello....does anyone have any experiences with dormering their cape? We are looking to put a full dormer on our A Frame cape and are in the process of getting some estimates....anyone every use Great Additions, Chrisnic, or Tarr's Home Improvement?

I have not (we also have a cape) but I have many friends and acquaintances that have used Tarr's and were extremely happy with their work.

We did a dormer in 2010. If you search for my past posts you can see all my info pics etc. I documented everything
My advice is to research everyone. Get references and call them. Also make sure that everything you want done is in the contract.
We had a levitt cape. We added 935 Sq ft.
