dog depressed

Does anyone notice a change in their dog's behavior lately with the cold winter weather? My dog seems ok- eating, going to the bathroom etc, but is sleeping more & not really interested in playing. She's about 3.

Yes, my dog is mopey and sometimes just seems to shake while he is laying there. I have chalked it up to anxiety and depression. We normally walk every day, go to the park on the weekends and he runs etc. But with this weather and how icy the sidewalks have been, we havent been out much the last month. He barely runs out in the yard for a minute just to do his business and then sprint back inside. Hoping to get out for a walk this weekend!
