Beaches Turks & Caicos

Hi...
I'm looking into booking here for next year, but I'm confused on where to book. The caribbean village is always coming up the cheapest, but I heard the French is most convenient with little ones. My husband loves the new key west, but I can't stomach spending almost double...is it really worth it, or should I just stick with caribbean or French! My girls will be 5 and 3 when we go! TIA

I went there for a wedding and stayed in the Caribbean Village. The other villages are definitely nicer/newer.

I guess it all depends on how often you go back to the room when vacationing with the kids. Also are you going to spend a majority of your time at the waterpark (which is closest to the French Village) or the beach which is closer to the Caribbean, Key West, and Italian.

Wherever you end up staying you can easily walk to the other villages. The map makes it seem like they are miles away, but they are really 5-10 min walks.

Re: Beaches Turks & Caicos

I went there this past May for a wedding and stayed in the Key West Village. All the other guests stayed in the Caribbean Village. I LOVED the key west. It was low key, quiet, newer. This was the only vacation my DH didn’t want to go home and he hates the beach.
Like the pp said you can easily walk to the other villages. The map makes it seem like they are miles away, but they are really 5-10 min walks.
The pools in the Italian and Caribbean Villages had lot more kids than the Key West. We never made it to the water park or the French pool.
Also, if your kids like Sesame Street, the main play area was in Caribbean village.

Also, it was expensive but I had the best time and would go back in a heartbeat.

Thank you! I just reserved the French Village because they told me it was way more centrally located, and I'm quite sure, most of our time will be spent at the watermark during the day! I'm so beyond excited! Only a year to go! Haha

Depending what you're looking for in terms of location. The french village is close to the waterpark but farthest from the beach. The key west looked the newest and modern but it was by far the quietest. I personally loved the Italian village which was close to the beach, had a great pool, and close to the water park. The room was also really gorgeous. You'll have a great time wherever you choose to stay!

Re: Beaches Turks & Caicos

It depends what part of the French Village. The first time I went, French Village was new and the rates there were lower. I still stayed in Caribbean Village but I requested the building closer to the water park. That was actually more centrally located than much of the French Village and it had a walk out balcony.
