bad experience w Etsy
The merchant has not contacted me back and the communication stinks
who can i contact?
I placed an order (silly me didnt look at the ship date) and was trying to contact the vendor to check the ship and delivery options....
I need these items by end of month, and do not think that going to happen
anyone experience this? or have suggestions?

bad experience w Etsy
Yes I once ordered from a woman who never sent me the item. Took down all her items then closed her shop. I contacted etsy and opened a dispute. They reviewed it and i was eventually issued a refund. They also tried to contact the seller because they received numerous complaints against her.
I believe if you go to your purchase history page you can click on open dispute or request refund. Something like that.

Worst comes to worst you can dispute with your credit card company as well.
They are usually awesome about things like this
