Terrible Cold
Is there anything I can take besides tylenol and saline spray? The congestion is just out of control... I really want to push through and not take anything but I feel like I need some relief Are there are cold medicines on the "safe" list?

Re: Terrible Cold
I had a very awful cold over a month ago That turned into bronchitis. The only thing I was able to take was regular robitussin for the god awful couGh. Also a humidifier helped at night and 3 hot showers a day. Also tea with honey and lemon. Good luck and feel better. It sucks.

Re: Terrible Cold
I've been fighting one for a week now.. With a cough and ear ache too. What I find works best for me is to take a hot shower and immediately take saline spray shots (two in each nostril). It loosens up instantly and I blow my nose right after. HUGE help! Then I take another shot of saline. Drink lemon and ginger tea and have the humidifier nearby. This has been my routine and I finally started feeling better yesterday. Hope you get some relief soon!
