Hashbrown casserole (or any potato really)
Anyone have a decent recipe that is good to make for a crowd?
Can't have mushrooms and I would prefer no "cream of" soups.

all the recipes I have use cream of chicken soup. Maybe you can sub in something else instead?

Ok, if you share it I will see what I can do. Have to do gluten free for my niece. Maybe I can thicken broth with chick-pea flour?
