This is the one I make, it is yummy, but so unhealthy:
I estimate a lot of measurements, here goes:
Ingredients:
2 40 ounce cans sweet potatoes
1 c white sugar
3 eggs
1/3 c butter
1/2 c + 2 Tbsp. milk
1 3/4 tsp vanilla
1 c shredded coconut
1/3 c melted butter
1 3/4 c brown sugar
1 3/4 c chopped pecans
1/2 c flour
orange zest

Preheat oven to 350 and butter dish. Place potatoes and their liquid in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 15 minutes. Drain and mash. Mix mashed potatoes, white sugar, eggs, solid butter, milk, vanilla and coconut. Spread evenly into prepared dish. In separate bowl, mix brown suga, pecans, flour, melterd butter and orange zest. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 35 minutes.

I've made this for Thanksgiving, and always get requests for the recipe.

I make this one every year for the holidays and everyone loves it... I do try to use not the entire amount of sugar recommended because it is still plenty sweet if you use less


4 1/2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Spread sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
