Hair cuts
Where did you take your little ones for their first cuts? I have a boy and girl that both need a trim. I heard of zippity doos but $27 each seems expensive

This might not be helpful but I cut his hair myself with blunt scissors. I always get a lot of compliments on it & I have no haircutting talent at all... so if you don't feel like taking them anywhere you could just attempt it. I trim it every few months.

I've heard good things about Gappy's in Levittown. Haven't been personally, though. You can also just take them where you/your husband goes. I take DS where I get my haircut....and just have lots of lollipops available!

They closed about a month ago--just went to try to get my DS hair cut. Said they moved to Bethpage but I think it's called something else.

Lemon tree on Jerusalem ave. $5. We did zippidy doos for first one. Was great. Just too pricey. We take dd often as her side hair not growing as fast as the back so we need to do mullet-prevention trims

Just the one guy moved there. CJ hair company. (Or possibly one to the girls too)
