I was planning on getting stuff from Panera for the breakfast part, but not sure what else to have.

Easter brunch menu
I am not having a brunch but if I was, for Easter I would do quiche, simple salad or green beans tossed with olive oil, maybe a baked shrimp scampi dish, and a blueberry breakfast casserole.
