I got the concept after trying it, and it totally worked for me today. Small glass, not a lot of water. Splashy, yes but still awesome

I read on a chefs blog the best method is to cook them hot to start, boil the water first, then put the eggs in for 15 min. I started doing this and haven't had a problem peeling them since. Just be cautious placing them in the boiling water sometimes they crack
