Did anyone need to get new concrete poured in their basement?
What did you pay? Our basement is all chopped up before we finish it we need to pour new concrete, we got a quote that while expensive we think is about what this costs. Basement is 1000 sq ft thanks!

I have seen concerete poured on the outside for a patio go 5-7$ a square foot. Is your estimate in this $5000-7000 range?

The estimate was 8k but I would imagine that digging up the old foundation and then pouring gravel and new cement is much more labor intentsive than just pouring a patio. Also depending on the footings they are going to dig down a few inches to make the ceilings higher.

Then that estimate is probably pretty good if it involves gut and digging new footings.
