Getting laproscopic surgery

So, it looks like I need laprscopic surgery in a hospital to get rid of scar tissue on my uterus. I am so nervous. I have never had surgery or anesthesia before. I basically have to if I ever want a second child. My scarring is bad, but probably repairable. I would like my child to have a sibling. Ugh..

Ugh do you have scarring from a d&c or c-section? Is the surgery just in the uterus. Hang in there, it won't be so bad! I had a septum removed and a tube unblocked and that was nothing. I had the surgery again for an ectopic and tube remove and that was way more painful. Anyway I am sure yours is a bit more invasive that my septum surgery or longer than mine. Hang in there and good luck, it will be worth it!

I had Laproscopic surgery a few months ago to diagnose endometriosis. I have stage 4 endo (diagnosed with surgery). The surgery itself wasn't so bad besides the anxiety leading up to it. The recovery ended up being much longer than expected but it was because I had some other issues going on (Kidney damage from the endo). Just having surgery is scary but you will be fine! Good luck!

Thanks for responding ladies. Yea, it is from a c-section. It is one of those things that I can't believe happened to me. I had a great ob. But, I know everyone has something. I am trying to have a positive attitude, but I know my anxiety will be crazy right before.
