Easy Lasagne recipe

I use the recipe in the back of the Ronzoni box:

Classic Lasagna

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown sausage; drain fat, and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Put drained strips in single layer on sheet of wax paper until ready to proceed with recipe. In a large bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, parsley flakes, nutmeg, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1 1/3 cups sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch dish, then a layer of pasta strips, 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella and sausage and another layer of pasta strips. Repeat layers ending with final 1 1/3 cups of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Ingredients:
-1 lb bulk Italian sausage
-1 package (8oz) RONZONI Lasagna, -uncooked
-2 (15oz) containers ricotta cheese -
-1 egg, beaten
-1 Tbsp parsley flakes
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar (24 oz) Pasta Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

No. Doing a baked ziti for the party. Need some none meat dishes with dairy since one of my friends keeps kosher.

I wound up making a ground turkey lasagna that came out pretty good. M loved it. He's also eating sautéed spinach I've been making as a side. Totally surprised me so a good way to get him protein.
