Motivation :)
Saw this quote and it resonated with me so I thought I'd share and hope it inspires someone tonight!! :)
I'm the queen of excuses and putting other people ahead of myself. That's why it took me 3 YEARS to decide I needed to finally shed the last of my "baby weight." I put myself and my health on the top of my To Do list a few months ago and it's been a game changer. As a full time working mom of twins, I know it's hard to make the time to make yourself a priority, but you'll be so glad you did. :) Image Attachment(s):

I like it run 2-3 times week, spin once a week, tryng to do yoga also have some things going on right now so i am working hard on myself
