Re: Lake george restaurants

Adirondack Brewery. Food was good, they had live music outside the night we went. Also they have a very cool make your own smores dessert where you roast smores over a candle at your table. Kids loved it!!!

Also for a quick breakfast or lunch my kids loved Bolton Beans in Bolton Landing, its like a little dinner in an old train car! Food was really good as well!!!

Re: Lake george restaurants

Breakfast:
A lot of people like Lone Bull. My personal favorite is Sutton's in Queensbury. I would avoid the Pancake House on Canada Street - just not very good at all. There's also a little diner right in front of the Bowling Alley in LG that's very good.

Mario's is good Italian food
Adirondack Brew pub is very good
Log Jam is one of our favorites
On the water in town: we like Christie's
On the water (a short drive): Algonquin or Boathouse

For something different...we love to drive up to Top of the World and eat at the Farmhouse. It overlooks the entire lake and it's farm-to-table. We got married there two years ago but we love to go back for lunch or dinner because its just so pretty!

For the kids: Moosetooth Grille is owned by the same people as the Adirondack Brew Pub but its geared towards kids. Its VERY cute and the food is good.
