A WWYD Job Interview Question?
You had an interview for a job you really wanted, and you felt it went very well. The three people interviewing you were extremely complimentary and positive throughout the interview, making comments like "that's a great answer" and similar things. You also found out during the interview that they had already started interviews when you submitted your resume and yet they worked very hard to fit you in to the schedule because they really wanted to meet you. The interview was Friday. You were told they would be making calls for the next round of interviews either late that same day or early today, because they planned to do the next round this week. You mentioned being out of town this Thursday and Friday for a family event and they responded with "that's good to know, and not a problem." You sent thank you emails Friday evening.
Now it's Monday evening and you haven't heard anything. If it matters, the next round of interviews is a committee interview with a number of different people.
How would you proceed? Would you follow up at all?

Don't do anything else til the end of the week. People get busy. They may not have done anything yet as far as scheduling the next round due to their own schedules.
