Re: Lancaster/Eden Resort
We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. Just easier and the kids get the buffet free. I would order off the menu since I don't care for buffets- food was good.
Lunch we did in the park. It was standard food court stuff and overpriced but easier than leaving for us.
There is a Red Robin near the park though and a ton of other casual restaurants like that.
For dinner right across from Eden is Outback (I think) and Carrabbas. (together in the same little area) I happen to like Carrabbas so we do that one night.
We also went to Cracker Barrel for dinner one night- not far.
Oh and on the day we arrive we order lunch by the pool at Eden.
In general you are not going to find any fine dining options in that area, but that's not what you go there for I guess.

Re: Lancaster/Eden Resort
We did the buffet breakfast at the hotel and I found it to be pretty good.

Re: Lancaster/Eden Resort
There's a local place we found up the road a few minutes called Oregon Dairy Country Restaurant. They have a menu and a buffet. You also get a complimentary glass of their own dairy milk and a doughnut with breakfast, which is a little much, but DS loved it. It's attached to an Oregon Dairy supermarket and has a playground on site.

Re: Lancaster/Eden Resort
We went to a place called Diener's for breakfast, over by DW, it was an Amish buffet and CHEAP and pretty good. We also did lunch by the pool, and dinner in downtown Lancaster (Iron Horse brewery I think it was called?) pretty nice and kinda close to fine dining :) We also got "Take out" from the Sheetz gas station next to Eden, sounds crazy but they had really good subs and salads!

Re: Lancaster/Eden Resort
we just got back!! we always eat at one of the amish smorgasbords such as Millers ( breakfast only on the weekends) or Shady Maple which has breakfast everyday. You cant beat the price for unlimited good food! If your looking for fast food, there is an Ihop, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans and a DD and Starbucks all on Lincoln Hwy near Dutch Wonderland. All about a 5-10 min drive from Eden
