Pain and discomfort vent.
I'm 29 weeks and I'm done. I'm so done. The pain and discomfort is so much worse than I remember with DD.
The pelvic pain is so bad, I'm in near tears when laying down, trying to roll over in bed, putting on or taking off pants, when walking, etc. I'm convinced my pelvic bones are breaking, that's how much it hurts. I feel like a foot or hand is going to poke out of my lady bits. The Lightning crotch is awful.
How am I going to get through the next 10 weeks or so?
And I hate complaining bc I know so many who would kill to be going through this but it's hard not to because I feel like I'm in constant agony.
Ok my vent is over. I just needed to get that out.

Re: Pain and discomfort vent.
Yes I feel the same exact way. Sooooo much worse this time around and every week gets harder and harder. I was actually moaning in my sleep last night (what little sleep I got that is) because I am in constant agony and the commute to the city is killing me.
It's funny because with DS I commuted up until the day I went into labor with zero issues. Sure I had some aches and pains but considering he was almost 11lbs I think I handled it really well. This kid is only 4lbs right now and I feel like I'm dying... The next 7 weeks are going to draaaaag!

I am so with you. I had a couple of contractions this morning that lasted a minute and a half. Sciatica is killing me and I'm so done. DH is convinced this may be another preterm delivery. Just hoping to go to at least 36weeks .

Pain and discomfort vent.
I have had that for the last few months. Never had it with dd1. My Ob said the pelvic bone literally separated. I didn't even know that was possible. Tossing and turning in bed is so painful. Getting up and walking after laying down is so painful.
Ahhhhh

Ouch! I forgot to add Depends has become my BFF. If I cough, laugh to hard, I pee and don't realize I'm doing it. My bladder isn't even full.

Re: Pain and discomfort vent.
It sounds like SPD! Definitely see a Chiro or a PT for relief. I had it with my twins and it was worst at night. Other than this I had no back pain with them. This time I had SI joint pain. I saw a Chiro 2-3x per week which helped. It mysteriously went away after I was pushing their stroller through gravel all day at a farm. That was about 30 weeks.

Re: Pain and discomfort vent.
I hear you! I am 39 weeks and have felt this way since 27 weeks. It is so crazy to me because my previous two pregnancies have been super easy with no discomfort at all until labor and delivery. This one is the complete opposite. I have found bouncing/sitting on the yoga balls helps as well as seeing a chiropractor weekly. Baths and lots of pillows in the bed helps a bit too!
Hope you feel better!

Ugh yes. The getting up after laying down and tossing and turning are the worst.
It's so hard to walk while carrying DD. Even walking from the house to the car or vice versa is a nightmare. And if I even have to pee a little bit, the pain is even worse.
I didn't even mention the shooting pain in my ass or RLS in my OP lol.

Shooting ass pain is SI joint. Go to a Chiro! They can give you stretches to do too. I dealt with it my first pregnancy but I wish I hadn't. With toddlers now I couldn't deal so I gave it a shot and it helped.

Re: Pain and discomfort vent.
Hang in there. I'm going into my 35th week with twins. I spent 1 month in the hospital starting at 24 weeks and I'm still currently on bed rest with wheelchair privaliges so I haven't used most of my body. Its a struggle just trying to turn from side to side and my knees and pelvis are weak whenever I do stand. Just keep telling yourself you are almost there!!!

Def see a chiro! I went during my whole pregnancy and it gave me so much relief, especially at the end. She gave me great stretches to do at home too. Don't know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy without it.
