The Talk
My sister needs some help talking the birds and the bees with my niece (entering 5th grade). Are there any suggestions for books or websites that might make it easy for her to discuss with her daughter? We never had "the talk" so I am not much help.

The Talk
There is an awesome book from American Girl called "The Care and Keeping of Me, The Body Book for Younger Girls". It's really a great book for getting the topics started. I let my daughter read some and then we talked about what she read. It really took the pressure off.

Yes that is an excellent book and I never had ONE "talk" with my kids. I feel it is something you talk about over the course of many years, depending on their age.
