Statement Necklaces
I love them, but they fall apart so quickly. I have a bunch from Loft, Ann Taylor and J. Crew, and, without fail, they either break or I use a stone within a few months. My favorite necklace from J. Crew, that I got for Christmas, just lost a stone. Seriously, I bought a necklace from Ann Taylor last year for a lot of money, wore it maybe twice and it broke. Has anyone had luck contacting the company about this for repair/replacement?

Statement Necklaces
This happens to me too. I just get frustrated and toss it!
I've gotten some sturdy ones from Laila Rowe. They have a location in Queens and a few in the city. Unfortunately their website is weird and goes through a third party so I wouldn't order from it. White House Black Market has some nice stuff too and it holds up well but it's a little more expensive.

Have you been to Charming Charlies, they have a million statement necklaces and they are so reasonable

I second Charming Charlies, love that place! Also NY & Co. They are inexpensive enough that when they do break after awhile I don't feel bad.

This happens to me too. I buy cheap ones at charming charlies. I also have a little jewelry kit from Michael's if I need to fix something minor.

Def charming Charlie's. They opened a big one in the city right near my office. I'm going to go broke.

Statement Necklaces
I usually get them at the outlets of the stores you mentioned and they're a to less $$$. I just had one that was pricier that I got at saks a little over a year ago break in a spot it can't be fixed! So mad lol. I loved that one.
I have never tried contacting the store.
